Fees

The fee structure is as follows:

Initial consultation including treatment: £90 (45-60 mins)

Standard follow-up treatment: £70 (30 mins)

Extended 1 hour follow-up treatment: £135 (60 mins)

We accept Cash, Cheques, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other digital contactless cards.

Treatment Packages

Packages of 5 treatments may be booked and paid for in advance at a 10% discount. Just book an appointment in the usual way and when you visit let us know that this will be the first of 5 pre-paid. We will charge you the total for 5 treatments minus 10% and you can use the remaining 4 when you wish.

Appointment Structure

The first consultation is offered at a heavily discounted fee and takes around 45 minutes, so a bit longer than a regular appointment.

This allows time to conduct a thorough evaluation and take an in-depth medical history to fully understand your problem and it takes more time to do this properly. We then perform a thorough examination of the problem area before treating you in the same appointment.

You should allow an hour for the whole appointment so there is time for any questions you might have at the end.

Each follow-up treatment takes about 30 minutes.

Health Insurance

Treatments are covered by most major insurance companies including Vitality, Aviva, Cigna, WPA and Simply Health. We can also provide invoices to patients with cash back plans such as Medicash and Health Shield. You must have approval from the insurer prior to the appointment.

Please note, some insurance policies come with an excess payable by you to our clinic when we submit a claim on your behalf. The amount varies with each policy and some policies do not have any excess at all. Please check with your insurer in advance of your treatment to find out if you will need to pay an excess payment.

We are not registered with AXA PPP, Bupa or Exeter insurance but patients of these insurers are very welcome to attend as regular fee paying patients

Please call or email the clinic and ask to speak to an Osteopath for more information and to see if we are registered with your insurance company
